Swedish referee Jonas Eriksson will be officiating the Champions League final between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid in Milan on May 28, according to Spanish radio stadion Cadena Cope.
The 42-year-old has previously had the whistle for three of Real Madrid's games in which they won twice and drew once. He has officiated for Atletico Madrid twice with a win and a draw as the outcome. Eriksson officiated Real Madrid's 1-1 semifinal Champions League draw against Juventus, which saw Los Blancos eliminated from contention. His last match as a referee with Atletico Madrid in action against Chelsea in the Champions League semi-finals.
